ATP tenant cooks up a storm on MasterChef

Jimmy Seervai, CEO of Better Health and Wellness Solutions, a tenant at ATP, is appearing on MasterChef Australia.

Jimmy has been trying to impress the judges with his Indian cooking, adding spices and lots of chilli! It is no surprise that Jimmy’s career has led to food research with the majority of his childhood spent working in his parent’s spice shop in Sydney.

Based at Australian Technology Park, Jimmy is the CEO of Better Health and Wellness (BHW) Solutions that develops scientifically substantiated bio active and functional ingredients into innovative solutions for the food, beverage and therapeutic industry.

Jimmy was recently eliminated from MasterChef after competing in a pressure test. Jimmy, along with contestants Jake and Matthew, had two hours to put together all fifteen elements of the dish which included twelve types of seafood and three sauces. Jimmy unfortunately got himself in to a bit of bother with a sea urchin.
