A football clinic for over 400 children was held as part of the Rabbitohs South Cares program supported by Australian Technology Park.
The South Sydney Football Club’s Junior Members Footy Clinic was held at the Australian Technology Park Performance Centre in Redfern. The 400 children learnt footy skills and received some top tips from Rabbitohs players, with all participants having a fun and memorable day.
But the community work of the Rabbitohs’ players didn’t stop there. They also embraced the NAIDOC Week celebrations including Sports Day at Alexandria Park Community School and the NAIDOC Family Day in La Perouse.
Souths football fans were also given the opportunity to mingle with football fans at the Members Appreciation Day with over 500 of the club’s members meeting the players for photos and autographs.
Australian Technology Park is a proud supporter of South Cares including the Teacher’s Aide Program which assists children in their social and physical development.
