Technology + Growth + Sustainability
The Australian Technology Park continues to be actively developed since its official establishment in 1996.
The vision for the future of the Park is a thriving technology-focussed, growth-orientated business park that is sustainable and produces leading Australian product and services to both national and international recognition.
The presence on the Park of Channel 7, Pacific Magazines and Global Television supports this charter in the constantly evolving media landscape.
The National Innovation Centre overseen by ATP Innovations continues to push the frontier of Australian technological advances into a host of industries, and has been recognised for its efforts both at home and aboard.
As owner of the Park, the RWA actively encourages new development and employment opportunities at the Park and business proposals are welcomed. The RWA’s Built Environment Plan and the State Environment Planning Policy provide the opportunity to create a total of 222,486sqm of gross floor space.
