The cafes in the Biomedical Building, Locomotive Workshops and the National Innovation Centre have all reported increases in patronage, adding to the increased pedestrian flow through the park in the mornings and afternoons. 

Channel 7 will record at 8 Central Avenue’s purpose-built studios and host audience attendances for various shows. 

Seven’s magazine publishing business, Pacific Magazines, now produces its entire range of magazines at the Park. These include familiar titles such as Who Magazine, That’s Life, Men’s Health, Better Homes and Gardens, Family Circle, In Style and Marie Claire.
