For the last four years Australian Technology Park Management has charged the same monthly rates for car parking services to our tenants despite increases in employee costs and equipment/maintenance costs. 

You would also be aware ATP Management has recently undertaken a major car park upgrade which included new road works, additional signage and the installation of a new car parking equipment and management system.

As much as we would like to retain our car parking services at the current rate, we are unable to maintain these indefinitely. In reviewing our car parking rates, we have sought benchmark rates from professional property consultants for similar parking services. 

ATP Management would also like to offer our regular monthly car parking tenants the opportunity to take up alternative parking arrangements now that 8 Central Avenue has been completed. ATP Management now manages the Level 1 undercover car park of this building. This undercover car park is in addition to the existing undercover space in the NICTA Building which is also available for any ATP tenant for $240 plus GST per month.
