I hope you had an enjoyable Christmas and New Year and are already laying the foundations for an exciting 2010.

The new year has begun with the arrival of our new tenants, Channel 7, Pacific Magazines and Global Television. On behalf of ATP Management and the Park, we warmly welcome you to the Park.

The Rabbitohs rugby league team was welcomed back to Redfern in early February. ATP Management hosted tenants on the Park and business and community representatives for this important event for the community. It was an enjoyable day and part of the ATP’s ongoing investment in South Cares, the charitable arm of the Rabbitohs.

The ATP continues to engage with its local community. Local Aboriginal Women’s Group Mudgin-Gal has received a second charitable injection from the ATP, this time in the form of the proceeds from the Eveleigh Market’s Christmas raffle.

This year will be a transforming one for the Park in terms of Heritage. We have a $2.5 million capital works program in place which will see the likes of Innovation Plaza upgraded with steam and pivot cranes becoming key features of this unique space. This is a worthy investment in the atmosphere and feel of the Park, which will benefit both visitors and tenants.

To gather your thoughts on the service and facilities at the Park, we will be conducting a client satisfaction survey mid-March with Roy Morgran Research. I look forward to hearing your comments and suggestions on how we can deliver a better service to you.

I wish you all the best for you and your business in 2010.

Kind regards
Roy Wakelin-King
Managing Director
