As we begin a range of heritage works, including the exciting upgrade of Innovation Plaza featuring one of the oldest exiting steam cranes in Australia, it is time to take account of tenants views and feedback on life here at the Park.
On our behalf Roy Morgan Research is asking senior management of tenants to rate Park services and facilities at the Park and Australian Technology Park Precinct Management Ltd staff. We have also asked for input on some key concepts under consideration by ATPPML including a “way-finding’ technology strategy for visitor navigation and making the Park environmentally sustainable. This feedback will help us deliver a better tenant and visitor experience at the ATP in the future.
We welcome the University of Sydney’s Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources as new tenants in the Biomedical Building. As reported in this edition of the newsletter, these new tenants are on the frontline of the global issues of food, water and carbon emissions. The faculty’s presence on the Park complements the existing pioneering culture here.
In the meantime we continue to undertake works around the Park to aid effective traffic flow, and we are consulting with local residents to assist in reaching a solution on parking in local streets around the ATP. We also continue to experience strong demand in our conferences and exhibitions area, with events packed into April and May schedules, making for much activity in and around the Park.
We wish you continued success in 2010.
Kind regards
Roy Wakelin-King
